The Spring start begins in January 2026 and concludes in May 2027, allowing you to earn your MBA in just 15 months through a continuous, accelerated schedule.
SUMMER
The Summer start begins in May 2026 and ends in November 2027, offering the same four-semester curriculum at a more traditional 18-month pace with a summer break.
The Accelerated MBA in Real Estate is a program built for students who want to step confidently into the commercial real estate industry—and do it fast. Based in one of the nation’s most active real estate markets, the program blends rigorous business training with hands-on experience, including a six-month paid internship that puts you inside the industry from day one. Classes meet on weekdays and select weekends, giving you a clear path to finish in 15 or 18 months while still gaining direct access to Miami’s top developers, investors, and faculty experts. You graduate with the skills, network, and market insight to advance with real momentum.
STUDENTS WILL DEMONSTRATE:
Strong analytical and financial skills applied to commercial real estate investment, valuation, and asset management. They’ll be able to evaluate opportunities, assess risk, and make informed, investment-minded decisions.
Leadership built on strong industry relationships across developers, lenders, brokers, and investors. They’ll cultivate trust, communicate clearly, and bring the right people together to move projects forward.
