Program Overview
Miami Herbert’s MS in Leadership is a transformative program designed for professionals who want to lead teams with clarity, confidence, and impact. In a world where technical skills help you compete—but soft skills set you apart—this program builds the interpersonal abilities most believe can’t be taught. Offered in a flexible 10-month full-time or 21-month part-time format, the program is structured around real-life schedules with evening and Saturday classes.
Through executive coaching, experiential learning, and high-impact simulations like the Miami Leadership Challenge, you’ll practice managing conflict, influencing others, and leading under pressure—skills essential for today’s rapidly evolving workplace.
Part-time option (21 months): one weeknight class from 6:45 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and a full Saturday session from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Full-time option (10 months): two weeknight classes from 6:45 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and the same full Saturday session from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
