In just 10 months, students develop a strong foundation in management, strategy, operations, communication, and digital transformation while gaining the leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills employers value most. Students also personalize their experience through one of six career-focused concentrations—Leadership, Human Resource Management, Strategy & Innovation, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or Artificial Intelligence—allowing them to explore their interests while building versatile business skills that translate across industries.
Career development is embedded throughout the program. Through career coaching, students identify professional goals, strengthen their leadership and communication skills, and develop a plan for long-term career success. Built on trust, accountability, and continuous learning, the coaching experience helps students connect their academic interests with meaningful career opportunities and confidently transition from college to the workplace.
